Our pricing is clear & straightforward

Initial advice is always FREE & if we happen to help you without charge please consider us next time – alternatively, we accept contributions via PayPal using the “Pay Now” link at the foot of the page.

We charge £45 for the first hour of work from the moment we arrive at your home, so no traveling time or call out charges (some distance fees may apply). We then charge our standard hourly rate of £40. Some types of work however, are charged differently to protect you from any nasty surprises.

Many of the high street retailers now offer what we consider to be expensive support, so check with us first for pricing. We believe we can offer better service at lower cost. Examples of set pricing are shown below, but note that these are only examples & will differ according to your situation:

  • Windows Operating System: Reinstall using client’s existing product key – £90
  • Recovery of Lost Data: – £50 upwards depending upon scale of loss
  • Wireless & Wired Networking: Set up – £40 – £50
  • Memory Upgrades: – From £30
  • Graphics Cards Upgrades: – From £40
  • Replacement Hard Drives: – £50 upwards depending on type

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have never offered a “no fix, no fee service” & therefore will charge our standard trip fee in those circumstances where a client elects not to continue with a repair on economic grounds.

Also, due to the nature of computer repair generally, we can never guarantee a fix, especially in cases where a client’s equipment is of an age where an industry accepted fix fails to work. In these cases, we usually offer the most cost efficient upgrade path to an effective solution. The important thing to note is that the trip fee agreed prior to the visit will always be payable. We hope you will understand the above & recognise that it is aimed to avoid clients obtaining a free diagnosis. We are a business & need to charge for time spent on training & the ever increasing cost of fuel etc.
