At a time when the world is coming to terms with what the Coronavirus pandemic truly represents in terms of global health & the world economy, I would like to share some of my thoughts…
As with the vast majority of customer facing businesses we have had to scale back our support to the extent that we are currently only able to assist by telephone or remote control. We would encourage you to still get in touch though, whatever your need. For the duration of the restrictions we are extending the definition of need beyond what you would normally call us for. Of course this means we will try to help with computer problems as usual but we would also like to offer a simple point of contact for anyone who needs a chat.
Since most of our customers are long standing we tend to have built good relationships with many of you over the years. Some of you are retired & live alone so the prolonged isolation may lead to loneliness & boredom. In some cases where you are considered extremely vulnerable you may be shielding for as long as twelve weeks (I am personally in this group). We simply ask that you call us if need to hear a familiar voice.
Now is a time to cast aside our day to day grumbles and reassess what life means from our own perspectives. Most of our problems are first world compared to the misfortunes of the homeless or hungry so let’s look for the positives in our lives. If you have a faith, whatever it may be, now is the time to draw on it.
So, we hope your computers remain healthy but our biggest concern is for your personal health and that of your loved ones.
We’re here on 01270 617490 or 07910 012790 (leave a message if we don’t answer)
